Top Hat  Student Success

Jay Jay Prince Lothian

Jay Jay has just finished appearing in the lead role of Young Simba in London's West End production of Lion King, before covid-19 took over.

Before this wonderful role, he  appeared as the Young Michael Jackson  in Thriller Live, (West End).

This led to a short European tour in this role too.

Not bad for a 9 year old! J

Jay Jay has also been in several commercials including British Gas and Tesco back to school.

High Five Jay Jay.... x

Joseph Duffy

Joseph has quite the CV for such a young man! Having just finished performing in Mary Poppins in London's West End (but closed due to Covid-19)

He was also in both seasons at Kilworth House in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Kilworth House Theatre) and St Bernadette’s Team as ‘Cute Joseph’ in Nativity! The Musical UK tour and West End run.

Joseph has also starred in several commercials and short films for McKenna Management. We are so proud of Joseph and his accomplishments.

Seeing him around the school is an inspiration to all those in class with him.

Keep up the hard work Joseph. We are all so proud. x

Rory Finnegan

Following on in his brother Oliver's footsteps, Rory gained the role of Eric (just like his brother) in Matilda the musical in London's West End. Sadly... he was unable to open due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He will re open the show this coming September, picking up where he left off. We are super proud of you Rory.

Oliver Finnegan

Oliver received full scholarship to Sylvia Young Theatre School in London.

Our second student in as many years to achieve this. Proud is an understatement.

Until recently, Oliver has been in Scotland filming the hit TV series "Outlander" where he played the role of Lord William Ransom. The critics were very positive regarding  his performance.

He also  performed at The Gielgud Theatre in Sam Mendes production of "The Ferryman"

Oliver also fulfilled two contracts as the leading role of Charlie in the West End Production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Husbands and Sons at The National Theatre in London.

This was preceded by 2 contracts playing the role of Eric in the West End production of Matilda, the role his younger brother is currently in rehearsals for!!

He has also appeared in several film and TV slots including Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Creeped Out and Man in an Orange Shirt.

Well done Oliver. x
